Magno Events is a platform for building the digital home of an important event, such as a wedding, a quinceañera or a graduation. It brings the personalized invitation, RSVP, gifts, the day's schedule and the photo gallery together in one personal link per guest, in English and Spanish.

Magno launches in stages. First: sectioned invitation, RSVP per occasion, personal links with QR, email and WhatsApp sending, live dashboard and export. Next: gifts, guest photos, wishes wall, live schedule, check-in and gallery. Early buyers get everything at no extra cost.

No. Each guest gets a personal link and opens it right in their phone's browser. There is nothing to install, no password and no sign-up. The same link works for the whole life of the event: to RSVP before, for the schedule on the day, and for the gallery afterward.

RSVP comes from the French phrase répondez s'il vous plaît and means confirming attendance. In Magno, each person on an invitation answers for every occasion that applies to them, such as ceremony and dinner. You see responses live, set a closing date and export the list to Excel or CSV.

The QR code takes each guest straight to their personal invitation. It works on printed cards, at the entrance and for check-in on the day. You can pair physical stationery with the digital invitation without asking anyone to type a link or dig through an inbox.

Yes. Event text is written in both languages and each guest sees theirs, with an always visible switch between English and Spanish. It helps families split between Colombia and the United States, or events with guests who do not speak Spanish. If a translation is missing, the event's main language shows.

Yes. You can edit text, times, location and sections whenever you like, and changes show up instantly because each guest's link never changes. You can also move from the save the date stage to the full invitation when you are ready, without sending anything again.

Yes. In your dashboard every invitation has a button that opens WhatsApp with the message and personal link already written; you send it from your own phone at no cost. You can also email invitations in rounds. Automated WhatsApp sending is planned for a later stage.

If you show your bank details or a payment QR, Magno charges nothing: it is a direct transfer to you. When card payments inside the invitation are available, Magno will take 2% (1% on Luxe) plus the payment processor's fee, which the giver can choose to cover.

Only you and the co-hosts you choose. You are responsible for your guests' data, and Magno processes it only to run your event, following Colombia's Law 1581 of 2012. Dietary restrictions are optional, and they are deleted when the event is archived.

Yes, for quinceañeras, baptisms and First Communions. Minors never have accounts and we never ask for their date of birth; they are only flagged as minors for seating and menu. An adult manages the event, and photos and videos are visible only to that event's guests.

The Essential plan is free and includes 30 invitations. The Magno plan costs USD 99 per event at the founder price, and Luxe costs USD 249. It is a one-time payment per event, with no monthly fees. Wedding planners pay USD 49 a month for 15 active events.

It is a 30% discount for the first 100 paid events. The Magno plan costs USD 99 instead of the USD 149 list price. People who buy at the founder price get new features at no extra cost. In return, we ask for a testimonial and permission to showcase the event.

It depends on the plan: Essential stays live 30 days after the event, Magno 6 months and Luxe 12 months. Before it ends you can export your data and files. If you want to keep the gallery longer, the Memory add-on gives the event one more year.

Yes. The Planner plan costs USD 49 a month and includes 15 active events with everything in the Magno plan, your brand next to the event's and your own templates. It opens at a later stage of the launch; write to us to join the waitlist.

Magno is a website, so it works in any country on any modern phone. It is built in Medellín for Colombia and for families in the United States: we charge in Colombian pesos or US dollars, and the invitation is offered in English and Spanish.
