Graduation invitations for families who travel far
The ceremony, the commissioning event and the dinner are not always for the same people. Magno lets you decide who sees and confirms what.
In shortWith Magno you can build a graduation invitation with several occasions, such as ceremony, commissioning and dinner, and assign each guest an access group that defines what they see and what they confirm. It includes RSVP with a closing date, QR for printed invitations, a bilingual version and export of the confirmed list.
Graduations
Made for ceremonies with limited seats
Access groups
Parents see ceremony and dinner; friends only the dinner. Each link shows exactly what applies.
RSVP with a deadline
Set the deadline and seat limits. After the date, guests see the invitation in read-only mode with a note to contact you.
Bilingual from day one
If your family lives across two countries or the school is in the United States, the invitation speaks both languages.
QR for print
If you also hand out physical cards, a QR takes each guest to their personal link and to attendance check-in.
Dashboard with export
Sent, opened, confirmed and pending by occasion. Export to CSV or Excel for catering and logistics.
Calendar and map
Each guest adds the dates to their calendar with one tap and finds the venue with Google Maps or Waze.

Graduation questions
What is an RSVP and how does it work in Magno?
RSVP comes from the French phrase répondez s'il vous plaît and means confirming attendance. In Magno, each person on an invitation answers for every occasion that applies to them, such as ceremony and dinner. You see responses live, set a closing date and export the list to Excel or CSV.
What is the QR code for?
The QR code takes each guest straight to their personal invitation. It works on printed cards, at the entrance and for check-in on the day. You can pair physical stationery with the digital invitation without asking anyone to type a link or dig through an inbox.
Can the invitation be in English and Spanish?
Yes. Event text is written in both languages and each guest sees theirs, with an always visible switch between English and Spanish. It helps families split between Colombia and the United States, or events with guests who do not speak Spanish. If a translation is missing, the event's main language shows.
Can I change the invitation after sending it?
Yes. You can edit text, times, location and sections whenever you like, and changes show up instantly because each guest's link never changes. You can also move from the save the date stage to the full invitation when you are ready, without sending anything again.
