The basic rules for using Magno Events.

1. The service
Magno Events is a web platform for building the digital home of an event: invitations, RSVPs, information, gifts, photos and a gallery. Some features are released in stages and may change while the product is refined.
2. Accounts and events
The host creates the account with a valid email and is responsible for the event's content and for being authorized to process their guests' data. Guests do not need an account.
3. Plans and payments
Host plans are a one-time payment per event and planner plans are subscriptions. Current prices are shown on the pricing page; prices in Colombian pesos include VAT and USD prices may add sales tax depending on your state. Payments are processed by Stripe or Mercado Pago. The founder price applies to the first 100 paid events.
Refund rules are shown at the time of purchase.
4. Content and photos
You own the content you upload. You authorize us to host it and show it to your event's guests to provide the service. You may not upload illegal or offensive content or content that infringes third-party rights, and we may remove it.
5. Acceptable conduct
Do not use Magno for spam, impersonation, harassment or collecting data without authorization. We may suspend accounts that break these rules.
6. Event duration
Each plan keeps the event active for a period after its date: 30 days on Essential, 6 months on Magno and 12 months on Luxe. You can export your data before it ends.
7. Liability
We work to keep the service available but do not guarantee uninterrupted operation. To the extent the law allows, our liability is limited to the amount paid for the affected event.
8. Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of Colombia. Last updated: November 1, 2026.
